The end of an era....

4 kids.  It takes ALL of me. All day, and quite literally all night.  I'm about as tired as I've ever been and just no longer have the time to keep up with this blog.  Face time, hug time, feeding time, diaper time -  it all comes first, and there just hasn't been time to update this space anymore.  Andrew thinks I should still try to at least update quarterly, so I'll go with that for now!

The Fall came and went pretty fast.  We had a lot of great family time and firsts as a family of 6.  Adalyn and Eloise are still doing ballet, and Adalyn finished up a great season of soccer.  Henry continues to be obsessed with trains and cars, and Charlie is growing up way too fast.  He still prefers to be held at all times and there is definitely room for improvement in the sleep department.  He sure fits in with our crazy bunch!

We headed to Texas for Thanksgiving and everyone did really well on the plane.  We stayed home for Christmas and kept the season as simple as we possibly could.  Eloise played Mary in her preschool pageant and that was just something special that I'll always remember.  From Santa this year, Adalyn wanted 6 key chains (despite not owning a single key), Elosie wasn't a paint set, and Henry wanted trucks.  All 3 of the big kids still LOVE to draw and color more than anything. They could sit for hours and do it.

Probably the most exciting update, besides our sweet Charlie getting teeth and starting to crawl, is that we sold our house!  We close on 1/31 and hopefully will be in our new place by the end of February.  We are just hopping over to a much larger space and a better school district.  I am excited and anxious for all that 2018 will bring.  This family of ours is something special - Andrew and I are just incredibly blessed to call these kids ours and I am eternally grateful for this time with them.
