Nope, it's not an April Fool's joke. Monkey Jr. is still an inside baby, despite contractions and her being so slow she literally feels like she is just going to fall out. As you can imagine, I am not very comfortable and the waking at night is driving me a bit bonkers. But for now, I'm grateful for a healthy baby, and the special last few days with just Adalyn. It's also giving me the time to completely finish editing and to perfect my Rainbow Relaxation. And the way I see it, the contractions and her being so low, should make the active labor part a bit easier!
It's so funny to look back at my 38 week update with Adalyn. After 10 weeks of bedrest with her, I was just as restless and impatient to get her out! I'm starting to think that my body is a lot more capable of holding a baby in than Drs think. We shall see!
