If it weren't for the weather this week, we would have sailed right into a glorious, early Spring. The flowers all bloomed last week, but we won't even get out of the 30s today! It's hard to believe that Easter came and went.
To kick off Easter week, we went to the annual breakfast with the Easter Bunny and my parents at the local elementary school (I never got my act together to get a picture of the kids with the Easter Bunny this year), and kept in a very easy and restful weekend.
We played Mermaid.
Eloise had her first haircut.
We dyed Easter eggs.
Kimi's parents were visiting from Germany and stopped by to meet the kiddos.
Easter morning was so fun! The girls were really excited about the Easter Bunny coming and were thankfully thrilled with their low-thrill basket stuffers - candy, bubbles, some games, chalk, crayons. Henry got a new sippy cup, some teethers, and rubber duckies for the bath tub.
The best part of the morning was watching the girls try to find the eggs that were hidden!
We then headed off to church and over to my parents for Easter dinner with my brother and his girlfriend.

I also attempted some pictures of the kiddos outside.

Last week, Kimi was still on vacation with her parents, so I barely worked and spent some quality time with the kids. It was a preview of what is to come this summer and I'm excited about it!

Next up, Eloise's THIRD birthday on Friday! We are doing a little party for her with just our church friends on Saturday morning, so I'm looking forward to another fun weekend. I just wish it would warm up a bit so I could get these kids outside!
