Waiting on our Little Bunny

So I've now held this baby in longer than I did Eloise and Henry, and praise God, baby and I are both doing great.  Throughout the pregnancy, my Dr was game for a 39 week induction and that date would have been today.  But because my pitocin IV from Henry's birth was my first ever blood clot, I've decided to take a more casual approach to baby's arrival and I'll just be trying a membrane sweep this morning.  I haven't quite hit my limit and I don't want to risk an unnecessary c-section just because I was growing impatient.  I go in at 9:30am and of course, can't sleep.....so blog I will do!

The girls were on Spring Break last week and I was very nervous about being this pregnant and having all 3 kids home.  While I still think I would have preferred to have all six of us here last week, I will never forget last week with my babies.  The weather was AMAZING and we had so much fun going to the local parks, beach, aquarium, and eating lots of ice cream with friends.  I'll treasure that mom time forever.

I was certain that after such a busy week that I was going to be in the hospital for Easter, but nope! It was really nice to get to enjoy the 80 degree plus and sunny day with my family.

We kicked off the holiday on Friday with dyeing Easter eggs, and then headed off to the local zoo on Saturday.  It was such a great and memorable family day!  I think Andrew was feeling sorry for me and even agreed to help get our annual pictures of the kids in the daffodils!  Then it was church Sunday morning and off to my parent's house for the day.  It really was perfect.
